One address at a time is free and always will be. This page is for the people screening two hundred of them.

### Who this is for

Environmental consultants running a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment under ASTM E1527 — the search required by the federal All Appropriate Inquiries rule (40 CFR Part 312) before a buyer can claim the landowner liability protections that CERCLA offers; lenders and insurers
screening collateral; real-estate groups triaging a portfolio before
committing to full assessments; and anyone who needs the same question
answered for a list of addresses rather than one.

There is an established market here: commercial database vendors sell these
records search by search, per site. What they are selling is the compilation,
not the data — and the data is public.

### What we do

- **Your list, resolved.** Send addresses or facility numbers;
get back every leak case and every registered tank at each, with dates,
status, and the joined flag — open case with tanks still in use.
- **A watch on a portfolio.** The leak file is updated daily.
We hold your list and tell you when a case opens, closes, or appears at an
address you hold.
- **Direct access** to the same static index this site
searches.

### What it costs

Two things are sold here. The work above is priced on volume — tell
us the size of the list. **The datasets have a published price**:

- **Change feed — USD 300 / month**Or USD 3 000 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
- **One slice — USD 90 / month**The feed restricted to a single county, for those who do not need the rest.
- **Full snapshot — USD 4 000, once**The state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.

The pages of this site are free and will stay free : **an official fact belongs to no one**. What is sold here is the compilation work — extracting the Texas tank record, reconciling it, dating it, and delivering it in a usable form.

**Not a consumer reporting agency.** This site
and the datasets sold from it are **not** consumer reports under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's
eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose
covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company
that operates as a consumer reporting agency.
